Graduation 2018! & End of year info!

End of year Information.

As per last newsletters and website the arrangements for the last week of nursery are as follows:

GRADUATION DAYS

Numbers are limited to 2 adults per child please

Children should wear school uniform as normal

Graduation photos will be ready to collect from the nursery after the graduation ceremony

 PLEASE COME DIRECTLY TO BALLYCLARE PRIMARY SCHOOL WITH YOUR CHILD!

When you arrive at the Primary School please walk across the playground and enter via the door beside the hall. On arrival children will be taken into a classroom to get dressed and we ask parents to go to the hall and wait for us to get the children ready.

Weds 27^th- PM Session – NO MORNING CLASSES ON THIS DAY

Please arrive with your child at Ballyclare Primary School at 1:15pm. The ceremony will start at 1:30pm in the school hall.

Thurs 28^th- AM Session

Please arrive at the Primary school at 9:30am. The ceremony will start at 9:45am in the school hall.

On both days Nursery Staff will dress your child in a classroom and bring them into the hall

Afterwards we invite you to come with your child back to nursery for refreshments and the chance to take photos in the outdoor area. The PTA has very kindly paid for an ice cream van for the children!

Party Days

Thursday 28^th- PM sessions 1-2:30pm Nursery finishes for afternoon children today.

Friday 29^th- AM sessions 9-10:30pm Nursery Closes for summer holidays.
